Artist Statement
made by Q, by Lindsey Quaglio, is a collection of clever goods handmade in Chicago from found objects and reclaimed and recycled materials. You can currently find six-pack carriers made into notebooks, security envelope patterns recycled into cards and magnets, and vintage jewelry and buttons repurposed as magnets and ornaments.

Bio
made by Q is the environmentally conscious creative outlet for Lindsey Quaglio. A resident of Chicago since 2003, she started selling handmade eco-friendly goods in 2009 when she opened her Etsy shop. Combining her education in Biology and Studio Arts with her passion for protecting the environment and minimizing her role in creating waste, Lindsey is inspired by discarded materials and welcomes the challenge to find ways to reinvent them into something useful. You can find made by Q handcrafted items for sale at several shops throughout Chicago.
